Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

We are proud to offer the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our BJJ programs provide students with a thorough understanding of the art and its diverse applications. Curriculum covers all aspects of this gracefully devastating art from takedowns and throws to various guards, sweeps, positions, attacks, combinations, set-ups, submissions and much more. Conditioning, drilling, and live action matches are all part of the experience at Continuum Movement Center.

Our Self-defense  class offer a range of skill sets including the fundamentals of striking, fundamentals of grappling, situational awareness, strategy and mindset, fitness and confidence, verbal confrontation skills, and scenario based training in family friendly environment. Open to people from 5-105 years of age. Any fitness level welcome.
