Josh Froneberger is an IBJJF certified Gustavo Machado BJJ brown belt under 3rd Degree black belt Mike Bejoc. Josh has been studying with Mike since 2013 and has competed, traveled, and attended numerous seminars in pursuit of BJJ knowledge. He has a robust appreciation for the art of Jiu-Jitsu and its numerous offerings both on and off the mats. He loves to share techniques and insight into this beautifully devastating art form and its effective use of leverage and technique against opponents of all shapes and sizes.
Josh is also a multi-distance runner and racer. Training and racing in a variety of distance races, duathlons, triathlons, and even ultra-marathons he encourages an active life and wants to help you reach that first 5k, 10k, triathlon, duathlon, adventure race, hike, bike, ultra-marathon or beyond. Sean is a US Navy veteran who is certified as an Apprentice Jeet Kune Do Instructor, Level 1 and Level 2 Edged Weapons Expert and blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. He is always searching to find new and better ways to teach people how to defend themselves in an ever changing and sometimes chaotic world. His ongoing search has led him to research various topics including criminal psychology, body language, and various ideologies concerning combat and self-defense.
